My bike back tire was flat. Alex was super knowledgeable. I just explain to him what type bike I had. Diagnosis was automatic. I went back a second time so that he could show me how to install the intertube correctly. The shop was super cleaned and organized. What impressed me was this business had been there for as long as I was old. When I buy another bike, I'm dumping Walmart and buying here.
Don't know about anyone else but got ripped off. I guess my small purchase of a tire and tube wasn't worth their respect . Wrong material used and spokes punchered The tube.walked back mile but no help and no refund , no place to leave bike ,crime is accepted in their area. Bad taste in mouth for "old northeast". YOU might be treated better. .
Needed a tubeless tire aired up after my floor pump broke and I found myself at Kessler with less than ideal pressure. Hooked me up with air in both tires and sent me on my way with a new pump. Very satisfied.
Not a very convenient location for where I live, but they do a very good job when it comes to repairing bikes! Very nice service here, would recommend this place!
I looked them up on maps. I called them to see how much there parts where. As for your bike your to take it into the store. Not leave it out side.

Just went there @ 11:20 am, closed, but sign says they open @11 am.
Not open despite hours posted on website... Also nowhere to lock up your bike.
I like when a person if I bought junk or not so won't waste my money again
