We are so thankful that we decided to take our pregnant Husky to this animal hospital. Dr. Goldstein and his excellent staff member took us in right away and helped to safe one of the puppies during labor. Also, they assisted the mom during the entire process. It was an amazing experience. THANKS !!!
BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Dr. Allison Pollak and her staff are completely AMAZING! I was visiting my parents from out of state and brought my pommeranian with me like I always do. Unfortunately, this time she had been to the vet twice back home and something was still not right. She started having seizures and I was in total panic mode. My husband, Chris who is a medical professional himself, took Sophie to Dr. Pollack after I spoke to Ms. Angela who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. Ms. Angela was truly concerned and made time for my baby. Because of Ms. Angela, I looked no further and had Sophie brought over right away. Chris bragged about how knowledgable Dr. Pollack and how caring her staff was with Sophie. She went above and beyond and even called the next morning to check on her progress. I'm most impressed with her staff and even scheduling an appointment for further tests, the person asked about how Sophie was feeling. We now have a plan of action and cannot thank Dr. Pollack enough for her amazing care and concern. Her heart is in the right place, super knowledgeable and takes time to listen. I am forever grateful to this wonderful & caring team.
Staff is fed up and doesn't communicate with you. They let you wait without any information. Then they take your dog inside and tell you to wait in the waiting room, with no explanation. Like why can't you go inside with your dog? It makes no sense. Then, I saw the doctor and she seemed nice and caring. My dog was a little overweight and she prescribed a food to help him loose weight. After starting that food, my dog started to get very very sick. He never EVER gets sick. I started to do some researches about this food called HILLS METABOLIC and found the worst things: owners crying the loss of their pet after starting them on this food, others complaining of outrageous vet bills because the dog had a kidney or liver failure. I cannot believe any vet could recommend this food. And the only reason they do is because they make money out of this, then the dog gets sick and you need to bring the dog back to the vet: more money for them. It's a really bad business. I was looking for a caring place to bring my dog to, and this is definitely not the place. I'm glad I found all these information about that food and brand before my dog got deathly ill. Stay away from this place.
The best!! Princess & Cocoa love Dr. Goldstein & his staff. Wouldn’t trust anyone but Dr. Goldstein with my fluffy babies! Here they always feel safe, comfortable & fix any problems they have from time to time…from anything as an upset stomach, infections, to laser treatments for osteoporosis & more…
Ive been going to Biscayne Animal Hospital for about 13yrs and have always been taken care of the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. This past few visits Dr. Pullock & Dr. Goldstein, Dr. Jove & Rorie have been extremely helpful caring and just go above and beyond helping my nurse this puppy i rescued off the streets of lil haiti back to health. I 150% recommend going to them and if they cant do something they have amazing recommendations. Thank you guys for all that you do for us pet parents and our fur babies! xoxo
First time patient, service was beyond excellent. Dr. Delgado is exceptional , she demonstrate the upmost compassion and empathy with her patients care. Thank you Dr. Delgado for listening and validating my concerns with my pets health . Very happy to have chosen Biscayne hospital animal hospital in search of second opinion when I seek emergent care for my dog that was very sick. Dr Delgado diligently worked up my dog , diagnosed her rapidly , informed me about my dogs critical health status and directed me VEG hospital for adequate care. Dr. Delgado is very knowledgeable and experienced you have a loyal and returning customer without a doubt .
If you are looking to take your dog to a vet, Biscayne Animal Hospital is the place. Dr. Stacey Jove is not only smart she’s kind and compassionate. Last week I brought my dog in at the last minute with some concerns and she could not have been more professional and attentive. The staff that greets you and assists are also very accommodating, as well! Thank you Dr. Jove
I recently took my dog to see Dr. Jove at Biscayne Animal Hospital and I was and always am extremely impressed by her level of knowledge and expertise. She was able to quickly diagnose my dog's issue and provide an effective treatment plan. She was also very patient and thorough in explaining everything to me, which put my mind at ease. In addition to her medical knowledge, Dr. Jove also has a great bedside manner. She has a way of making both the animals and their owners feel comfortable and at ease. She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. I would highly recommend Dr. Jove to anyone in need of a veterinarian. She is an excellent vet who goes above and beyond and I am so grateful to have found her. THANK YOU!!!! Overall, I would also highly recommend Biscayne Animal Hospital to anyone in need of a veterinarian. They truly care about the well-being of their patients and provide exceptional care.
I would recommend anybody looking for a great Veterinary office. Everybody there is so nice and welcoming and of course very knowledgeable. I was anew patient with a new kitty needing immediate attention and they fit me in even though they were totally booked with a full day of appointments. Don’t hesitate when looking for great Veterinary office. Kathy M
