Don't let the outside appearance deter you. The food was EXCELLENT and the person taking our order was very pleasant. I had the pulled pork. It was delicious and very juicy. The sides were all delicious, which were Mac and cheese, the sweet potato casserole and the Gator taters homemade potato chips. My husband had the beef brisket. He said he wished he could take a pound of it home, but we had a 10 hour ride home. I was hoping I had room for the homemade banana pudding because it looked delicious, but I was too full to try it.

Food was excellent. The girl at the counter seemed annoyed that we were there and kept interrupting me as I was ordering.. I'm a nice guy, always ask how people are doing and just try to be polite. She wasn't having it. Lol But the BBQ was excellent and prices were great. Great portion size.Food: 5/5

We stayed one night at La Quinta while passing through and decided to eat here. It was delicious!! Best bbq. We had the pulled pork, pulled chicken, fried okra, fried mushrooms, onion rings, hush puppies, Mac and ribs.

So much food we had to take half of it home. We had catfish plates and will be back for more soon.Food: 5/5

This place is always amazing! The food is fresh & hot, the service is exceptional & you just couldn't eat at a friendlier restaurant. The smoked sausage sandwich was divine & the smoked chicken, yummy delicious! I will be back for more.

Omg I met two of the sweetest ladies working here. McKenzie and Summer were so polite and friendly. I was there visiting my mom in Tupelo and Bishops is our favorite place to eat while home. We ate there twice in one week yes the pulled pork is my favorite with cole slaw. McKenzie remembered us the second day. They played with our son and made us feel at home. Order rib tip plate few days ago and got food poison symptoms of vomiting im calling health department on restaurant talk to a woman on the phone about a refund she took my number and said she has to talk to the owner. No call back!
