Although the staff were very kind, unfortunately the food was not good. It was mostly flavorless and very bland. The curry had a weird after taste in your mouth after you have eaten it. The bread was mostly burnt and very stiff. The only dish that I could somewhat eat was the onion in the chicken dish. The staff on the other hand was very kind and helpful. Although there was a language difference, we still had great service. The atmosphere was attempted to do a, fancy restaurant feel with the dark lights. However, it looked very dimly lit and had a dirty, abandoned feel. And there was this constant feeling of being watched, but I'm pretty sure that was just me as my niece and nephew had no problem in the restaurant. It's not THAT kid friendly as the food was spicy. That was all I have to say. Summary: food was bland, restaurant was dirty, not kid palatable, but the restaurant staffs were nice and cooperative.
Way overpriced. I made the mistake of having my curiosity get the best of me when I tried this Indian restaurant over my usual spot. The chicken kabob meal displayed on the window was shown with kabob, rice and salad. What I got when I came home from the takeout was three small pieces of skewers and a salad. $15 for that. Look at my photo. Not lying.
Jumbo Tandoori shrimp only comes with 9 shrimp nothing else so Embarrassing what a lousy serving these are not even jumbo shrimp.
As a tourist I tried this place few years ago and had a good experience. Tried same this time when I was in town and got their Bihari and naan. I order on phone for pickup and was glad that the food was ready and was fresh. Just a quick tip, you might not find the restaurant right away following the map so just look at the right side of the big departmental store and you should be able ti spot the restaurant.
I order with uber eat 11/04/22 Saag paneer, daal maash & some naans They also add salad with my food Thats I like it Food quality was good they charge me around $50 but not fill properly food in boxessee in photo I just want to say that if you need more money, take it but please serve properly Thank you Onces again I say food was very good & tasty
Please do yourself a favor and don’t go to this restaurant. I don’t disrespect food, but the food I got was disgusting and awful. I ordered chicken tikka masala, kabob and tandoori chicken. Let’s get start with chicken Tikka masala, it was not chicken Tikka masala at all. It tasted something else, but not chicken Tikka masala. The kabob was okay. The tandoori chicken was very bad. It smelled like fish. It smelled and tasted terrible. I paid $50 for this food. Please don’t go there and waste your time and money.
Please don’t go to this restaurant you will be disappointed it can be waste of your time money you will be just angry……. I ordered goat biryani and alo qeema they sent me some beef bones no meat 100% bones in rice I paid 60$
Traveling from NYC and it’s so good to have halal restaurants nearby your hotel. On the positive side, their food is good, I ordered Chicken Karahi no plain rice was offered Naan & Moghlai chicken Biryani it’s regular Biryani, nothing special, no complimentary salad. I think in general, food is pricey in CA compared to NY. I’ve a lot to say about the restaurant itself…First I thought, the restaurant was closed while driving the area bcz lights were off and tables and chairs were folded, it looked like they were renovating this place. I’ve no other options for my halal food and I keep looking inside to figure out if it’s really close but luckily the door was open, I was able to get inside and ordered my food. Also it looked like a family owned business and they didn't care about customer service. One order of Biryani was served in two small boxes, I don’t know why and no spoons & forks were given. I asked for disposable plates, unfortunately they don’t give any. This place needs to upgrade 100% or close their business.
I live in AZ and this is my first time to this Restaurant and it will be my last too.. I saw really long and black hair in my rice, so I went to tell them, then they redo it plus make me wait over 30 minutes!! Tbh the food tastes really nasty also the vegi they give me is rotten.
It was good experience and food was good fresh and hot tasted.
