The Grotto Steak House, now known as Bistecca - An Italian Steakhouse and The Grotto Bar was the first restaurant to open up in Highland Village Texas by Chef Morris Salerno. Chef Salerno's sister restaurant, Salerno's, a traditional Italian restaurant may be found in Flower Mound. With a romantic atmosphere, extensive wine list, steak and seafood Italian cuisine, Bistecca is perfect for date night, friend's night, and business meetings.
