Bitter Sweet Bakery & Eatery is the brainchild of classically trained, executive pastry chef Kim Savage. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Kim has worked in Europe, recently moving to Jacksonville from Sacramento where she was the executive pastry chef at the Three Star, Four Diamond, Wine Spectator awarded restaurant, The Firehouse; five times named in Zagat “America’s Top Restaurants,” Bitter Sweet’s menu reflects the best of a bygone era created from a modern perspective.
