Shop hours Every Friday 12pm-6pm. Saturdays at the Downtown SLC Farmers Market 8am-2pm.

We make thoughtfully crafted bitters for cocktails, cooking & baking, Made with real ingredients, always™You can find us at the Summer Downtown SLC Farmers Market every Saturday June - October, or in our production facility Tuesday, Thursday 10-4 Winter Hours & by appointment only Wednesday & Friday - reach out via our contact page to schedule an appointment outside our normal hours."

Amazing bitters made from locally developed and locally sourced ingredients. Fantastic variety of ingenious flavour combinations that work in a variety of cocktails, sodas, and other mixed beverages. Always something new to try!
I discovered Bitters Lab while searching for a virtual cocktail class and am now obsessed! I have signed up for two classes, and will be signing up for more in the future. I have learned so much about cocktails, bitters, and the many ways that bitters can be used. The bitters are exceptional and they make so many different types I never knew that bitters could be so much fun to experiment with! Highly recommend!!
Amazing bitters. And they do a awesome online cocktail class.
