This is the place to go if you need a custom cake in NWA! They more than exceeded my expectations for my husband's birthday cake. I walked in with a picture of a car he is restoring and a phrase that I wanted included and they helped come up with an amazing creative design. The cake was unique, looked beautiful, and tasted delicious I highly recommend their Oreo flavor for any Oreo lovers, and was a huge hit at his party. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We ordered our daughters 1 year old cake from Bizzy bees and we ordered her 3 year old cake from here. Before ordering the most recent cake, I read up on reviews again and was a little hesitant from ordering from here again based on recent reviews. When picking up the cake I was a little put off by the color. It was much brighter than we had originally discussed. But they were able to spray some white on top and it lightened up the colors a little bit. Other than that the cake was absolutely wonderful! We got the Italian cream with raspberry filling. It was sooo tasty! Many compliments on the great taste of the cake! I am so glad we decided to order from Bizzy bees again! And we will order again next year! Thank you Bizzy Bees for such a yummy cake!

Ordered from them a few years ago with no issues but this time it was awful. It was for my daughters sweet sixteen. Incredibly disappointed. Not even close to what I expected, seemed thrown together, then they just added some very cheap looking roses to it that didn’t even match. The concept I sent them prior I didn’t expect to be the exact same but something close. Looked so cheap. Rude on the phone. Not ever going back. I know there are some great cakes that come out of there but it’s a toss up I guess on who you get or what day it is. Not worth the risk. I fixed it myself which costed an extra 50 out of my pocket.

I’m trying to enjoy this bakery, I do really love their cream cheese and cream cheese with cherry danishes, my daughter likes their cupcakes, my son likes the cookies. The first time I got the lemon bar I did have it in my car longer than expected so it got hot before I tried it, and it had almost a fishy flavor, I blamed myself and moved on. The second lemon bar tasted more like it was cooked on a tin pan giving a tinny flavor and just overall not good. Tried the cherry tartlette and it tasted like a bit of moldy bread which was not ideal. I’m not completely turned away from going for the things we’ve tried and enjoyed once in a while still, and hopefully there won’t be more disappointing visits.

This is one of my favorite bakeries! Locally owned, great staff, and delicious treats! My coworker got me addicted to the iced sugar cookies! They always have the cutest themes! I'm always buying up the eye ball cookies!

Hands down best place to get a custom cake if you want it to look absolutely amazing! They also offer dairy free options. And to top that all they are very reasonably priced for a custom cake!

Provided them with some theme cookies i found online for a baby shower and they made exact replicas! They're very friendly, talented and the cookies were delicious! I say this bc I've had some custom cookies from other businesses whose cookies were pretty to look at but were dry and not very tasty. Edit. I used them again for more custom cookies. Will definitely keep supporting a local business.

The cake was amazing let's get that out of the way, the presentation was amazing. But customer service was awful, had my nephew pick up the cake, and hearing that he got skipped several times and getting a condescending tone from the whoever was running the counter is def a turn off. I appreciate your business but won't be coming here again.

Bizzy B’s saved the day for my crew. We called in last minute 3 days in advance, and they made the cutest Alice in Wonderland cakes for my daughter’s first birthday! The smash cake was so perfect I actually teared up when I got it out of the box! Far exceeded my expectations and I assure you I will be ordering from this bakery loyally! Thank you for making her birthday such an awesome experience!

I've gotten two cakes from them and they both turned out great!!! I got one for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it!! They'll work with you if the design isn't working out or if something needs to be fixed on the cake.
