I bought a washing machine from them and am more than happy with it. It's the best one I've ever had. I paid 1/3 the price I've paid for others in the past! It even has a hand wash cycle that is awesome. I've also gotten a stove there it it is great as well. Do check them out if you are into saving money.

Desperately need a part to repair my washer and they sold one to me. Easy to get in and out. Just like everyone else very pricey if you need it now

I bought a fridge and dryer.I paid 75.00 for delivery too and both did not work. Second week replaced both ,now almost three weeks second fridge is broke. Now end of third week waited three days for another one and no response.When I called I was yelled at and hung up on.I had to go up there after complete hip replacement and was told I'm lucky cause they don't give refunds and only got 350.00 ,no taxes refund or any of 75.00 delivery fee either.My kids and I had to get the broken fridge out and no one tried to even pick this one back I think they know they sell bad appliances. Never buy anything from there. Especially if your a single disabled person.I even told them in advance I was having hip replacement surgery and needed to get everything handled now.Instead i lost about 400.00 cash to them and 300.00 in food too .BJ's cost me 1075.00 all together .That is a lot for one dryer dryer had to be at least 15 years old when you think about it! I will NEVER LET THAT HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN ! But I was desperate and already had surgery...

Had a great experience, Kesha was VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT! I purchased my washer and dryer here. Then initial washer had some issues after installation, so the delivery guy called to let her know. She really worked with me and communicated well in getting me something comparable to what I had. I would definitely do business here again!

I went there for the first time last year and with the great prices I fully furnished my townhouse. Friendly, great service. I went back recently and purchased a washer/dryer, called today cause washer isn't spinning clothes dry. I was told that because I picked up set I had to bring washer back for them to look at. Explained that wasn't told to me, she said that's why we give you a paper explaining that. True and my fault for not reading paper but it would have been nice if I was told that! Again my error...

Recently purchased an oven here. Oven was never installed/used and was very well priced 30% of retail value. However, when we plugged it in, it had an error. We called B J's and they immediately offered to pay for all parts to repair it. Really appreciate their service! Fully recommended.

They have been around for quite a long time. Wouldn't be the same without them. They have what you need.

Prices are so low. Resonable it makes you want to buy everything youdont need..just want to change the color ..it was great inside .clean beautiful furniture colors..table settings beds lamps tables...just everything your looking for at a low price...thanks BJ's Funiture & Appliances...furniture shopping with your patience sales people was great ..

This is my third used appliance purchase from BJ's mostly for rental property. This purchase of washer and dryer was for personal use recently divorced and staff was most helpful in choosing a set that would be appropriate for my needs. Good selection of late model units and several matching sets all tested and warranted 60 days. Saved at least $400 versus new and very pleased with purchase.
