My sisters came into town and we decided to eat here. Server never introduced herself when we came in. Appetizers came out before drinks. I ordered a med rare steak and came out rare. Manager was nice and took back for refire and gave me a salad while waiting. My sister asked for ketchup and A1 sauce and server rolled her eyes. Server never checked in on food. By the time my steak came back out it was well done and the table was done eating. Had to box it to go and knife could hardly cut it. No manager came back to check in and server could’ve cared less. Terrible experience and won’t be coming back. My mistake for ordering a steak here but expected at least better service and check ins. $50 per person wasted

My family went out to eat, server didn’t even introduce herself.. she seemed she did not want to be there. Our food came out undercooked, then when recooked manager did not come out to see how the meal was. Overall, I normally have a good time at bjs but this was not a good experience. I still tipped the waitress well because I know this is how she pays the bills. But the services sucked.

Been there twice. Great food , nice music and decent service and prices are moderate to high. Over all enjoyed the food and mocktail a Food: 4/5

Starting off by saying our cocktails were absolutely wonderful. But the food took nearly an hour to come out and the steak we ordered was supposed to be mid rare. Came out literally ice cold. We asked for it to be put back on. Another 20 minutes of waiting for it before we just asked for it to be boxed so we could make our evening plans. Our server and the manager were extremely apologetic and explained the steak was frozen just before cooking it, hence why it was still cold and underdone. We were told they had a big rush they did not anticipate from a local graduation which is why they did not anticipate being that busy They ended up going above and beyond to comp a cocktail and that plate AND send us out the door with a fresh meal for us to enjoy later.  Although it was not a perfect experience, we appreciated the staff and management for making it right. If it had not been for the graduation, I would like to think have been an amazing dining experience.

In town for a college graduation - we were told to try this establishment & so glad we did!!  Big, open, plenty of tables/booths of various seating sizes.  Our waiter was so so nice, very helpful and always smiling.  We all ordered different things - I ordered a juicy burger...delicious - hats off to the chef!!!  We left there full, happy and we will definitely visit again since we were told one opened up in Orland Park!!!!   Thank you to all the staff at BJ's, we appreciate you!

Only place open for Dinner. Staff immediately greeted us when we arrived. Got seated and are waitress was rite there. Placed our food and drink orders. Food came out and everyone was missing their side. Made a comment to the server that brought the food out we were waiting on side still, it took them approximately 10 min to bring the side out. Never got the condiment we requested. Had to get that from another table

Good time. Had Parmesan crusted chicken and Brussels sprouts with siracha sauce. Not a long wait for a Saturday. Needed a few more staff members to make it run better. The staff there did a good job. Watched a couple games on the TVs while eating.  Good options for the people watching what they eat. My dinning partners had dessert. Blood good.

I've been here when it first opened and they messed up my order 3 times in one night. I decided to give it another chance now that it's been open for a few years. This time we ordered pizzas and a salad to share. The server did not offer plates to share, so we had to ask. The salad came without dressing. We had to ask, and the server insisted it had been tossed with dressing when it clearly was not. The pizzas were substandard - they were cold and bland. I was really hoping for a better experience this time.

My boyfriend and I went out of town for our two year anniversary. We decided to eat something new and different. I never write reviews, but to say the least I was very highly disappointed… Service wasn’t good, and the food was way overpriced. Not much flavor, and not what I had asked for. This steak was drowning in butter and onions. It was also very fatty. I did not get my loaded mashed potatoes, and the rice wasn’t done at all. Our server didn’t act like she cared too much. She however did give us a refund, but we still ended up with a bill of $50.00.

Pizza was under cooked and cold. Server put in a replacement “refire” but 20 min later no food. Finally pizza came back once again undercooked and cold. Ask to speak to manager server told us manager didn’t want to talk to us but took food off our bill. What? Manager doesn’t want to talk to guests? What kind of operation is this? Finally the manager came over after we insisted and agreed pizza should not have looked like that.
