BJ's Wholesale Club

Delivered water here, 11 am appointment they assigned door at 10am lady said give her 30 minutes and she will begin unloading my truck. It’s 2:45pm and they still have 3 pallets of water left in my truck. The forklift keeps doing multiple things at a time except offload my truck as if they were short on staff. It is difficult to deliver to a place like this specially because if we have an appointment set for a specific time the person who will offload the truck should be ready at that time as we drivers are ready waiting. When they take this long it only slow downs everyone’s day specially us drivers. I genuinely don’t recommend delivering a load here, but that’s just my experience. 1/10.

Large variety of products and produce. Very good offers and sales. the distribution of goods is very well organized. Many of the products are high-end and high quality at a reasonable price. Parking is free and always available. They often have seasonal offers for Christmas Easter Halloween and summer. The checkout counters are often very busy, try to come here when it's less busy.

Be nice if they had this 24 mexican cola pack. Fairfax Bjs #33 has it. Why can’t 351 have it too? Just purchase item #24881

A good wholesale grocery store similar to Costco but smaller.

Team leader Curtis W the manager as he say, is the worst. Start telling lies as soon as he popped out the door looking like he done ate half of BJ’s. Trying to get unloaded, his respond, oh let me go talk to someone see what I can do. Me, talk to who I though you said you was the manager ‍showed us where the stock would go, and ask me does it make. No he didn’t even make sense. I looked at his tag it said team leader. I have never seen a manager tag say team leader. Team lied BJ’s y’all better watch out for these type of people that wasn’t good at all.

Bj’s is one of the best wholesale clubs available in the country with a great quality of both foods items and non-food items although a little pricy as expected but competitive and their credit card is one of the toughest to get. I have to lose my membership only to rejoin later because some of Bj’s products are had to find outside of Bj’s at the right quality.

Good wholesale store near by house. I’ll give 5 stars if a bjs gas station attached.

Don’t try to deliver here. Have a 11:00 appointment checked in at 07:00 now 12:00 and they are not finished with 07:00 trick yet and another truck in front of me. They close receiving at 14:00

In customer service there is a racist cashier named Rosy, she speaks to you with bad words, yells at you and does not help you return the product you want to return. horrible experience.

Had purchased 2 front tires for my Nissan Versa and the customer service by phone and in person were very helpful and honest. My tires were changed on the spot. Thank you. Also it was a very busy day Yesterday Saturday 073022, they worked hard every with only 2 service men.
