A solid 5 Stars! The fries were perfectly deep fried, they had a terrific “crunch”! The burger was a top notch “burger joint “ burger. It was full of flavour, well prepared & with the perfect accompaniments. Some fellow in a previous post squawked about the interior “signage”, he must’ve just been having a bad day!Food: 5/5
Tasty burgers and interesting selection of sodas to try out. Garlic fries were okay, and found the cheese just fell off and didn't add to the flavour. Was quiet when we were there so good came relatively quick though several signs throughout saying 'be patient' so you may have to wait. A bit pricey for what you get ~$30 for a burger, fries and fountain drink but great location and cool atmosphere.
I had the Hangover Burger, a greasy goody pile of delicious! Sat outside in the fresh air. The fries were fresh, hot, and seasoned with a type of All-spice that just works!Food: 5/5

Very over priced for frozen patties with no sides. Super slow kitchen, they only had three orders to make and still took thirty minutes. Cool spot and they’re very friendly with dogs. They seem regularly out of ingredients for their vegetarian friendly options.Food: 3/5
We showed up to a line outside and we’re told “We are prepping and will open in 15 mins”. There was a sign stating they are closed to restock from 3:45-4:15. We waited 30 minutes and then an employee came outside to say 15-20 more mins. We waited 40 more mins, at which point 2 employees or friends of employees came in and out with burgers. My husband went to ask how much longer and they said “another 10 minutes”. It was fine to close for re-stocking but please communicate to people and don’t have your friends/employees walk out with burgers in hand. Just blatant disregard for others time. It is now 5:17 and they are still not open with zero communication to the people waiting.
I live down the street and come here often. I’m not normally a huge burger person but I will eat Blue Moon Burgers any day of the week! Their food is delicious no matter what burger you order in my experience. The setting is also very nice being on the beach and available seating for both inside and outside. My only honest feedback would be to reduce the amount of rules that are posted against the customers. Im sure it might be a deterrent to some, with how many signs are up. Some rules are necessary, but I find it slightly annoying that customers are not allowed to ask when their food might be ready for pickup.
Went to grab a quick burger and beer with my brother at Alki.. Several great beers on tap, but no one old enough to actually serve it and had to settle for a canned IPA. Problem was they only had one IPA can to sell, and even though we both would have ordered the same beer if available, one of us had to settle for a grapefruit IPA. Not the end of the world, but definitely not what I was hoping for. After waiting well over 25 minutes for a couple of basic burgers, I determined that I had a much better experience there when it was still a gas station and would never need to return.
If you have food allergies or severe intolerances, avoid this place. Some of their staff is too careless to be trusted with your health and it is not worth it. I can’t have gluten and I picked this place for lunch because of their gluten free options and their alleged care in avoiding cross contamination down to different fryers and gloves. I asked for gluten free and they gave me a normal bun. I didn’t realize until I was a couple bites in. I am currently in a lot of pain and not happy. The meal was kinda pricey and I was hungry so I went back to get a new burger because I figured they would use more care. The second burger I got had sauce when I asked for no sauce. Also, both times I’ve been there my friend asked for tots and got fries. The girl argued with my friend the first time and convinced her she actually ordered fries, but I heard her order tots. They messed up on at least one order both times I’ve been due to carelessness. Being busy is no excuse for messing up on a food allergy thing. You will cause more people harm if you don’t fix your staffing issue or educate your staff on how these mess ups can hurt or even kill someone.
Had a very horrible experience here yesterday. We were told that it would be a 45-60 minute wait for our food and after an hour, I had approached the staff asking about where it was. They all scrambled around saying the order was never received by the cooks. I had requested a refund and they begrudgingly processed the burgers only minus the two drinks we bought. I was then encouraged by my group that I should receive a full refund for the inconvenience and long wait without ever receiving food. So, I went back up again and explained that a full refund would be appreciated for the long wait for nothing- and they begrudgingly gave me the rest of the refund eye rolls and all. Not even a sorry or any consolation for the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen- but an apology would’ve been nice. My group said the burgers weren’t worth the wait- which made me feel a little better. Just terrible customer service and super incompetent. Never coming back.
