I've been waiting since the late 90's to go to one of these and it did not disappoint. The animatronics were surprisingly in good shape and still working after nearly 30 years. The food was good portions and the prices not terrible. All in all the whole experience including our drinks was a great experience!Food: 5/5
The food was good we were still hungry when we left the fries were pretty plain and dry they didn't have onion rings which sucked the server was very very nice but wasn't very attentive I had to literally wait and ask different people to get my bill then he gave me the book to pay my bill and then walked off and I had to ask somebody yet again where he was so that I can pay again so I kind of was there for a while which I shouldn't have been I kind of was in a hurry but very slow service there was literally nobody there and it took forever to make a hamburger. Was pretty reasonably priced there was literally nobody there so it was cool I guess but considering there was nobody there I figured the waiter would be keeping an eye on us a little more either way it was fun, burger was good kids meal was skimp my daughter asked for spaghetti and fresh fruit they brought out two of the smallest slices of oranges and itty bitty tiny diced up watermelon she looked at me like it was a newborn baby menu it was kind of weird but I don't know all together the experience was fun
We absolutely loved the Rainforest Cafe. The environment, the food, the staff was all amazing. There are animatronics and lights and sounds that were so entertaining. It was so clean and the food all was amazing. The kids loved it and we loved it. We will absolutely return!!!!Food: 5/5
I feel this Rainforest Cafe was mediocre. I feel out of the rainforest cafes that I've been to that they're performing the way they should be but there's nothing to write home to Mom about. Always great to go to a Rainforest Cafe and this was just like any experience I've ever had nothing negative and nothing positiveFood: 3/5
It's a gimmick. We we're so excited to try. It's way too pricey for the service. Food took almost an hour, errors and mistakes made on orders, management won't acknowledge mistakes, the list goes on. Then we get rushed out as if we were an inconvenience. But at least they did it with smiles. Unfortunately, this place is a flop. Who misses Claim Jumper??
Visiting from Florida, first time at Rainforest Cafe. Absolutely amazing! The inside looks like you're walking into an actual rainforest with various "wildlife" all around the restaurant! Toy cheetahs, fake parrots and apes The ceiling is beautiful, mimicking a night sky. Periodically a "thunderstorm" will happen, complete with "lightning" flickering lights and thunder. Just the atmosphere alone was super entertaining. The food was delicious. Very satisfied and very full. Our server was an absolute sweetheart. If you're in the area and are looking for a place where EVERYONE will have a great meal and experience this is truly where you want to go!
Haven't been to one of these in like 20 years and it was even better than we remembered. Brought our 4yo grandson and he loved everything from the roaring elephants to the waterfall. Our server was beyond amazing, answered all of our questions and got our food out quick. We will definitely be back when our other grandsons come to visit. Kid-friendliness: Lots of menu items and cute cup/drink options for kids. The staff is very friendly and patient.
Sadly, it was not a great experience. For 2 kids pizzas, a taco salad and a club sandwich, we waited 30 min and there were only a few tables. Then the club sandwich came with hardly any meat, and the taco salad is now salad with chips instead of the big taco bowl, but same price and no warning. The bathrooms are gross, the stalls don't close, and 2 of the 3 sinks don't work. We use to love to take the kids here. But the food wasn't any good and highly overpriced.
Food is just ok, nothing special, the big deal of these places is the atmosphere , nice and wild! Staff is friendly and polite. If you are looking just for a different place to have dinner, this could be an option.
We stumbled upon the cafe while shopping. It was a unique experience. It had animated animals and storms. The elephants would trumpet, gorillas shake trees, a leopard in the tree moves its tail and roars and on the ceiling looks like a night sky with stars. The food was ok. My friend and I ordered steak and coconut shrimp with ribs and my daughter ordered a kids meal. We 3 of us waited almost 45 minutes for our food. However they did have to sing Happy birthday and do the chant 4 times while we were there. Our food was wrong but we did not complain and just ate it. It was $60 for myself and my 7 year old.
