Our Colorado divorce and family law attorneys are managed by Carl O. Graham, one of the preeminent divorce lawyers in Colorado Springs. He has done it all, from prosecution to defense to family law, and has 8 years in the Army JAG corps and 12 years in private practice. He has chaired the El Paso County family law section, and held leadership positions at the county and state bar levels. Carl teaches family law to attorneys throughout Colorado, writes articles on family law, and is the only divorce lawyer in El Paso County with an Avvo rating of 10.0 (Superb). He is the foremost authority in Colorado on military divorce issues.
Clifton Black manages our DUI and criminal defense lawyers. He is a 12-year criminal defense veteran, who knows every district attorney and judge in El Paso County. He’s not afraid to try a case, but he’s also about the best there is at securing favorable settlements or even outright dismissals (often after motions hearings) of defense cases. Cliff was voted the second best lawyer in town by the Colorado Springs Independent for 2011, is frequently sought out by newspapers and television for his opinions on defense and medical marijuana matters, and is considered one of Colorado’s preeminent experts on medical marijuana (MMJ) and its impact on the Colorado justice system.
And our associate attorney team, consisting of Oliver Johnson and Angie O’Brien, is similarly unbeatable.
