Black Market Art Gallery was founded by Mark Malott, owner of Black Market Art Company, and Lowbrow Art Company, and Thea Fear, who is a Tattoo artist next door to the gallery at Saints & Sinners Tattoo, as well as painter and apparel designer for Black Market. The two had built a close friendship as well as business relationship, and opened an art gallery together to feature the incredible artwork of the best painters and tattooers in not only southern California, but the entire country.
