The Black National Bank is a scholarship fund that assists businesses with plans and advertising techniques with the promise of the business to contribute to the scholarship fund if there is an increase in net profit of the business.
many cultures have set up their own National Banks, Usually starting out by assisting their young people attain an education that they can and will bring back to their community and their people. The first thing they do is set up a structure with a finincial institution under the catagory of a foundation, but named a bank. This bank foundation can only be used after a certain amount of time, to give scholarships, but what happens is, the culture accumulates enough assets to credit or insure it's members. Which means Financial Insurance companies can use the money, electronically, make a profit, and give a non taxable monthly contribution to the foundation. As corporations donate into the foundation or (Black National Bank) these INSURED corporations will be allowed to borrow money from the Bank and pay interest to the foundation. These corporations always prefer to give scholarships and grants, which is tax refundable, rather than paying the manditory tax to which they get no return. This is what good accountants do for major corporations. The members of the Black National Bank always have stock in the financial institution. If 10,000 people contribute One dollar a month, the Black National Bank will have $120,000 in one year that will remain in the bank, and will create 1,200 interest. The interest is what will keep adding up year after year. Once there is $6,000 accumulated, Insurance can be purchased for each member that only paid $1.00 a month. With the structure to both credit Blacks with a Visa and seeking realestate, members can be credited up to $300 for a travel Visa, come to the united States, work for the Black National Banks Historical Education Department and remain in the U.S. as a working student. The rwlaestae will be a place where, upon arrival in the U.S. the indivdual can live until they are enrolled.
