Should have heeded the advice of the previous poster. These people really are 'challenged.' It's amazing the broker/owner doesn't oversee his staff in order to minimize mistakes, lack of courtesy, and common sense. Go someplace else. ANY place else.

Always helpful.  I would definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.
