I live out of state and I ordered flowers for the funeral of my brother-in-law. Since I could not go in person to order, I ordered over the phone. The people at Black's Flower Shop were so helpful and kind. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful!!! When my husband and I saw it in person, we were just so pleased. Best experience I have had ordering flowers! Thank You Black's Flower Shop!

Exceptional service and awesome floral design skill! I’m a florist, myself, so I’m a little hard to please. Carly went above and beyond for me. They special ordered what I wanted in my arrangement, listened to me, and was so incredibly kind. Very satisfied with this flower shop and will use again!

Purchased some 'just because' flowers today from this local shop, and I requested they be delivered before 2 PM, if at all possible. They arrived even sooner, which was great! Unfortunately, my recipient had an appointment today, and I spoke to the driver through our Ring Doorbell, letting him know no one was home. I apologized that no one was there, and he offered to come back later if I got in contact with her, which I did, and thankfully she got home just in time when he came back. I hope people understand the logistics of this business can be very trying at times, and sometimes its our fault as the customer, and they're doing the best they can with the information they have. I really appreciate the good service even though it was me that messed up, and such a pleasant delivery person. The flowers look beautiful, and we will certainly be going back to Black's.

On a whim I stopped by Christmas Eve to see if they had anything to fill my table centerpiece. The worker stopped what she was working on and put together this beautiful arrangement for me while I waited. More than I expected! Loved it.

Black's Flower Shop is a one stop shop! They made my wedding put others to shame! They're just that good! Their attention to detail is something you don't find anymore. Do yourself a favor please! Don't shop around! Seriously! Black's made my wedding the most incredibly beautiful day! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the absolute best!

Ordered an arrangement for My mother in law, the arrangement was beautiful but did not look like the online pix when delivered. I did not receive a email confirmation. which they should offer.

I ordered flowers for my sister in law describing by phone what I had in mind. The flowers delivered same day and were absolutely beautiful. Very happy with the arrangement. Blacks Flower Shop did a great job. Definitely would recommend this business. Thank you!

My employer sent flowers to be delivered to me Saturday it is Tuesday. I got a phone call Monday and called back within less than two minutes. They were asking when they could deliver flowers. I told them any time and also, they could be left at my door. The florist was given the wrong address so my mother went to pick them up. I got another phone call that they were left at the wrong address so I tried to call back but was constantly sent to vm. None of this was a big deal, however my mother was there within a half hour of the delivery. The flowers were in a vase and a large bag. However they were laying outside the door on their side. It is not windy and with the water and vase they could have been set down nicely.

I called in a panic the night before my sisters wedding to see if they could make a bridal bouquet for my sister, as a different flower company couldn’t fix its mistake of sending pink and purple flowers Blacks Flower Shop put together a beautiful white whimsy bouquet which was exactly what the bride wanted. It turned out beautiful and I was very thankful they were able to make it happen on short notice!

EDIT: Black's was very generous and professional about the flowers. They offered to replace or give me certificate for other items, more than I expected. You can tell a good store on how well they handle a problem and will get my business. Got Mother's Day flowers yesterday afternoon; this morning, less than 24 hr since delivered and they are wilting already! Old flowers that my kids paid for won't even last until Mother's Day.
