I had a fantastic experience, with this State Farm Office. Melanie and Blanca assisted me with my life insurance and also helped my girlfriend with her car insurance. They were incredibly diligent, courteous, and supportive throughout the process. Not only did they provide us with a great deal, but their excellent service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services!

I want to recognize the great job Blanca and Melanie gave me at this office. A couple of months ago Blanca helped me to get a life insurance, she took the time to go over and explain what was best for my age and my needs until we found the best one for me. Today I had the opportunity to be helped by Melanie and she gave me the best service and prices for my car insurance. She also took the time to explain to me everything that I am going to be covered for and the reasons why or why not to put that in my policy. I’m more than happy to have them taking care of me.

State Farm is a great company to be insured with. Brean Rodriguez is always great in answering all of my questions and making sure I understand everything she explains. She goes above and beyond to respond to any question or concern as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

I left Allstate in search of better customer service. I went with Progressive for one year but felt like there wasn't anyone I could talk to who actually knew my needs or cared. I decided to go with State Farm as I have heard great things about this agent in particular. Brean is the reason I have my SUV with this agent. Brean's knowledge of insurance and her willingness to help has been a blessing. She makes me feel like I am her only customer. I've had my policy at this office since Blanca took over many years ago.   I've always had excellent customer service from the staff.  Yesterday my son turned 16, and Blanca herself went above and beyond to ensure adding him to our coverage was a great experience, and the cost was manageable. I shopped our policy once with a friend in the business a couple years ago, and with the "safe driver" discounts and everything, my policy was unbeatable.   Not going anywhere, and I plan to have them review my homeowners policy next. Highly recommend!

One of the best team I've gotten a chance to work with for those past 2 to 3 years. Mot too long ago Melanie Soto Lopez was helping me with so much patience and care.
