Blaneys Wings In Elgin

I had a good experience, they didn't skimp out any wings, it was perfect. The asian zing was amazing as usual. The fries were so yummy. Great customer service, can't wait to come back. The lemon pepper was on point! So glad they are here, they have a small dining area, so you can dine in. We did take out.

The first time I ordered from this place I ordered online to pick up I usually get mango habanero, but when I arrived to pick up my wings they weren’t even ready. I was told that they were sold out of the mango habanero and if I wanted a different flavor…chose a different flavor and was disappointed in how burnt they were. They also forgot my blue cheese. Haven’t been back in months. The second time I decided to give it another try. I went there for my birthday, and decided to order inside this time. I was ordering wings plus I was telling the cashier about an email I received for 6 free wings. Her attitude was terrible. I showed her the email and I even told her I can show her my ID so she can see I wasn’t lying about it being my birthday. And I would like the 6 free wings added to my order. She proceed to be extremely rude. So I told her never mind and went to a different location. Overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never recommend family or friend coming to this location. Will never be back here again. If I can give 0 stars I would.

I’ve probably ordered from here about 8 times in the last few months, it’s super convenient living in Downtown to go a few blocks rather than South Elgin or Hoffman Estates. However, going forward I’ll take the extra time to get food from an actual full-scale restaurant. I have yet to have a good meal from this GO location. Wings often taste over cooked, burgers are mangled and the size/quality of the chicken is never consistent. I gave them a bunch of chances to improve over the months but it certainly has not.

I ordered the boneless wings and strips, I was so disappointed in the size of the boneless wings they were the size of a quarter and flat the box was so empty and light, I've never seen boneless wings this tiny these are baby nuggets. I didn't have time to take the food back because I was going to work. Very hurt and disappointed. And I spent "$25 for nothin. Please treat your customers right.

Took me on a ride on Uber Eats figuratively - kept changing drivers and adjusting arrival time and then canceled within about a minute of having to provide a $5 coupon for missing promised latest arrival time. I’m just trying to get some food after 12 hours of driving

FYI I wouldn’t recommend delivery. I got my food stolen here I ordered delivery through the Buffalo wild wings app and they use doordash. Driver went to pick it up, and then proceeded to canceled and keep my food. I went to talk to the manager and they were kind enough to give me my food.Food: 4/5

Definitely NOT what I expected I made 2 orders of wings, lemon pepper and one of BBQ sauce, and an order of a burger that looked like it fell from a third story. The employee who served us with an arrogant attitude, not courteous and a grotesque presence, was the first time I've gone with my family and it's the last.Food: 2/5

I've ordered twice first time did not get the amount of wings that I paid for. Second time the wings was too hard the drumstick part I could not eat the top of them because they was too crunchy they was fried too hard. I'm going to try the last time today to give them another choice cuz I do love Buffalo wild wings. And I will post again my final review

Employees will not accept a BOGO coupon, not even take a look at it, very rude employees and General Manager worse , first time there, will never go back, and TO THE OWNER, you have to get rid of the GM, it killed your business, too many bad reviews, what are you waiting for???Food: 1/5

The food was fine, it's a BWW 'Go' so it's not unique. What is unique is the exceptionally slow service and the negative attitude from the manager. I ordered 30 wings and sides, plus I had coupon for 6 free wings. They wouldn't accept the direct mail coupon, so I didn't accept the entire order. I hope someone enjoyed the 6 free wings because that's the last time I place an order here. I'll happily go to South Barrington or South Elgin BWW locations instead because this Buffalo Wild Wings is a 'No Go'.
