A "man trip" that we take every year around in May to Port "A" for fishing and having a great time with family and close friends!!!
We started taking a "man trip" in 2007 to Lake Buchanan in Burnet, TX. We thought to ourselves that we should do this every year around in May just to get away from everyday life and enjoy a good time with family and friends. Of course since the lakes are all down due to the recent droughts. We began coming to the coast to Port "A" back in 2012. After last years trip we decided that every year we will be doing a trip to Port "A" around May. Well, I personally live in Rockport, TX but everyone else that is a member lives in Fort Worth. But, saltwater fishing is always awesome. We have a great time fishing and sitting around telling stories of fishing trips and other things that are going on with our lives. Just to catch up with good friend ships and have a great time. We came up with the name because we love the movie "Blazing Saddles" so here we are. We hope to one day have a big community of memberships where we can hold fishing tournaments and other great things.
