Quality clothing and fine folks. Glad to have a bit of Baldwin -KC fam-representing here in the City. If you are not familiar with their work, get a pair of jeans, or grab a hat. Bria was a welcoming presence and I felt like a friend in their home. I am a completely satisfied repeat customer.
Baldwin has always made high quality clothing, while they are definitely at a higher price point - everything is built to last. You'll get more wear out of a single pair of their jeans than anything else off the shelf. Their customer service is worth mentioning as well, they've taken care of me as a customer multiple times. It's good to see a little bit of Kansas City make it's way to Manhattan.
We started loving this brand a few years ago before this store opened. My husband is a huge fan of their Henley jeans and we were so happy that a store opened here in NYC so we could shop in-person. The clothing quality is superb--from basic t's, to silky blouses and top of the line jeans. And what makes this a great brand is the people that work here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful feeling a little Kansas? : Special shout outs to Anthony and Ryan-- you guys are awesome and so helpful. Highly recommend stopping at this shop while in the area.
