I’m new to the Jacksonville area and have been here twice to get my hair done. Both times I was serviced by Hannah and she is AMAZING. She listens carefully to what I want and both times I left super happy. The last visit I had services to get vivid violet highlights and they were exactly what I wanted. Also my cuts both times were on point and I’m pretty picky. So happy I found Hannah!!Services: Haircut
I got my hair done by Chad today! I can say this is the most beautiful salon I have ever been to. He made me feel so safe and welcomed. He is the funniest person ever as well. I look forward to making this my permanent salon. I highly suggest coming here. Prices are very reasonable and worth every penny! I have never felt this beautiful. I’ve had 2 sessions done here and each of them have been an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I had Danielle do my hair both sessions and she’s been so wonderful to talk to. My daughter Mariana came for an bayalage for her 16th birthday and Mara took such wonderful care of her, making sure it was EXACTLY THE WAY SHE WANTED IT!! You have to ask for her!! We could not of been more pleased with Bleach Please!! And also Jenn was so pleasant when we came in as well as when we left!! Exceptional service all around!! We will DEF be back!!Services: Haircut
This salon is great, everyone is super nice here! Danielle did an amazing job on my hair and not only gave me a much needed laugh but even stayed late to do the finishing touches! A really pleasant salon expierence and definitely recommend!
RUINED MY HAIR. I picked this place because of the reviews, so I went in for a Balayage to touch up my blonde, it looked great at first but I have naturally curly hair so when I straightened it I found this and literally cried. It looks like the stylist did it with their eyes closed. They charged me 400 dollars and when I called and begged them to fix it, they said they have a 7 day return policy and that they can "take a look at it without a refund or free services". Services were performed Dec 20th @ 4pm.These pictures were taken Jan 14th @ 12:24pm I'm no magician, but I'm pretty sure your hair doesn't grow 2 inches in a month. They take no responsibility for their poor services, blaming it on the clients. Please be careful

Phenomenal!! Heather took time to listen to my hair 'history,' my preference for this visit, and familiarized herself with my hair texture and thickness. She advised from experience and I walked out so happy to have finally found my salon home!! Thank you!!
Went in to get my hair Platinum blonde not at all what I anticipated. My hair came out brassy and some pieces at the top at whiter which I was going for . I ended up tipping than later to find out the back of my hair had spots left unbleached correctly. I came in within a two week span in hopes they can tone it and bleach the rest unfinished. It came out just as regular blonde even after waiting for another session . As a guy it isn't terribly noticeable but def not the style I went for… They also used hot water to rinse my hair during the shampoo/conditioner process which I thought was a universal known fact not to do especially when bleaching. I gave a two star rating because there was mo hassle at all to have it redone but obviously isnt the best place. Ill blame it on the stylist more than the location itself since this was my first few visits. I had a better turnout with a Barber with haircuts didnt expect the same with dying hair as well….Service: Hair coloring
