Excellent customer service. I’m a busy working mom, which means I don’t have time for inefficient operations or people. By far, this was the easiest home improvement project I’ve ever done. Our sales rep was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful and the installers Angel and Mauricio were top-notch. I will absolutely use Blinds to Go again and recommend them to friends.
Seamless experience from start to finish. Salesperson was polite and answered all my questions. A technician came to my house and inspected and measured each window before I finalized the contract. The inspection visit was easy to schedule, and the technician was very helpful in explaining how my new shutters would fit and operate. Took only about 2 weeks after ordering for the custom shutters to be ready for installation. Again, scheduling a quick install was easy. The installation team arrived early and did an absolutely fantastic job clearly were very expert, cleaning up the entire area when they finished. Most important: the installed shutters are high quality and look great. Very happy with the entire process -- easy to schedule visits and track the progress of my order online. Highly recommend.
The entire experience of purchasing and the installation of the shades was pleasant and professional. The assistance of the design consultant, Yvette Assoyo, was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Very pleased with the outcome.
My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Blinds To Go. Eddie was very helpful. When it turned out we didn’t have enough depth in our window to mount the shade the way we initially anticipated, he offered us other solutions. The installer, Mike, was very professional and worked fast. I really like the Cascade Elegant Linen Serenity Shades. They are very unique. Overall it was a great experience!
Not only the most budget friendly option in town, but also the quality of all the products is great. Working with Yvette, Eddie and Muhammad was the best experience. Yvette was the most helpful consultant while we were placing the order. Eddie did his best to make sure we get everything on time and Muhammad did his installation job perfectly. We got our entire house window treatments from blinds to go and it was undoubtedly the best decision to go with these guys not only because of the cost effectiveness but also the fastest process of installation and great service they had. Even with the great price, there is no compromise on quality.
My wife and I had been shopping around for some window treatments for our new home, and this place offered the best value and service by far! We decided to do a little remodelling, and even though this was our second home in Dc, we had no experience whatsoever when it came to window treatments and blinds. The nice lady in the store definitely helped us with our options. We ultimately decided to get the Norview shutters treatments for twelve of the e interior windows. The whole process was streamlined with these folks. They walked us through the entire process from getting the written estimate, to actually placing he order with the manufacturer. It took very little time for the blinds to be shipped at the store, and we were delighted to have them installed just days later. I would definitely recommend this store!
I worked with Eddie from the Springfield Va. store on a 100” wide x 90” long 95% sun blocking blind for a 7-11 store. My whole experience with Eddie was smooth and easy as was the installation. Thank You Eddie!!!
My husband and I had recently purchased a new home so we stopped into this Blinds To Go location for some insight on where to start when purchasing window coverings. We were promptly greeted by a gentleman named Steve who was very friendly and more than helpful! He showed us everything that we wanted to look at and set us up to have someone come out and measure our windows so we can purchase some window covers. With his help we were in and out of there very quickly and had accomplished everything we had went there for. We were very grateful for his help! Update: Sherry came out to take measurements and helped me pick out the window coverings I needed. She was very helpful and personable and she made the experience easy and fun. Once I made my selection I was able pay for everything with her and she got me scheduled to have the final measurements done and my blinds installed very soon. I love how stress free this whole process was. I really appreciate the effort she made to really help me find the right window coverings and at the price point I had in mind!
We were greeted by Eddie when we came in and he's been such an amazing help while going through this process. He's been such a pleasure to work with.
Blackout shade fell due to bad hinge and broke; company wants customer to pay for repairs... Blinds should last more than a year. Recommend going elsewhere unless you're okay with short-term use though the shade didn't block much of the light, and I had to pay extra to supplement with a blackout curtain as well.
