Extremely rude and discriminatory staff. I was visiting the area from out of town and saw the perfect dress for an upcoming event I have in the window so I stopped in. I was dressed pretty casually as I was on vacation and I do have visible tattoos on my arms and legs they are high quality and clearly expensive, more expensive than many of the dresses sold here, to the trained eye, but uneducated people often make assumptions. I guess that gave the first staff member who saw me reason to discriminate against me as she must have assumed I couldn't afford any of the merchandise I am a traveling healthcare worker so thats quite a laughable assumption she told me their dresses were out of my price range without even asking me what my price range was and quickly ushered me out of the store. This shop may have pretty dresses but I'll never patronize a business who employs staff who demonstrate such ugly behavior. It's truly unfortunate because there were several dresses I was interested in purchasing after my brief look around, had staff shown the slightest bit of patience I'd have the dresses I needed for upcoming events and the store would have made a sizeable sale, but oh well, I'm happy to give my money to kinder people who don't turn away customers based on appearances instead.

I recently got a bridesmaid dress here and am so happy with their selection and service! I ordered a dress in a certain color and when it came it was the wrong dress, they were very quick to fix it and ordered me the correct dress without question.

I went here a second time, and I wanted to look around, we told that to the lady at the front desk. BUT while we were looking around she was giving us a you don’t come here if you are not going to get a dress look and I was offended. Overall the dresses were very pretty and I loved the 3 way mirror!

After going to two other different stores I couldn’t find the right one. Came to this store and oh my god I found the very dress I wanted for a low price I am so happy I got it : employee was so nice. Definitely recommend the store.

The girl working tonight was so friendly and helpful. She Let me know they can order in different sizes and options. Had a wide variety of dresses in all sizes.

I had a Pretty Woman flashback pop in my head with the experience I had here today and not a good experience. Went in today with my daughter on her 16th birthday to buy a dress. When we walked in the woman working asked if we needed help. I said we were looking then when we wanted to try them on the woman said they don’t normally let people try them on and actually said “are you really able to buy a $400 dress?” I was shocked and told her I wouldn’t know if I wanted to buy it until I could see it on my daughter. She relented and let her try on a few dresses and my daughter fell in love with one of the dresses and wanted me to buy it. I was so torn, I didn’t want to give them even a dollar of my money but you will do anything for your kids especially on their 16th birthday. We were so uncomfortable in this store, I have never been treated so badly. I wouldn’t come back to this store if it was the last clothing place on earth, I’d rather go without clothes for the rest of my life. Oh by the way, we did spend $300 so I could and did in fact spend hundreds of dollars on a dress. EDIT to address owners response-none of the dresses we were wanting to try on were over $350 so that excuse doesn’t work. The employee was the owners mother, not some teenager with no experience. There was no excuse for the way we were treated, take accountability when you mess up, don’t try to make excuses and half truths. I saw MANY girls trying on dresses and heard them ask to try them on and she took them to the fitting room with NO questions asked. You guys should be ashamed, nobody deserves to be treated the way we were and many others obviously from your reviews.

Lots of options of dresses and they even offered to order some in my size that they didnt have. The girl helping me was amazing! Alll different colors. Definitely stop in if you're in need of a dress. We'll be back

As someone who doesn't dress up much, I was relieved that my coworker referred me here and that she was absolutely right: they have many options, in all different sizes and at reasonable prices. Last minute homecoming shopping brought us here. We were able to find sizes for both my daughter size 14 and my sister in law size 18. The workers here always smiled and were patient with any questions we had. We will definitely stop here for any future formal needs!

Came back to this shop after a bad experience to come pick up the dresses and to look for another dress for myself. Kylie was very kind and helped grab more dresses for me to try on. Best customer service I've received in a really long time. Thank you so much!

This dress was $109. She was hesitant because of the price but when she put this dress on, she instantly knew this was the one for her. Bliss was wonderful and helpful every step of the way. They also did alterations in a super fast manner and did a superb job! We also bout the shoes, jewelry and tiara from here. We wanted a bolero that would’ve made her dress appropriate for the church ceremony but that was the only thing they didn’t have. They had some shawls as suggestions, but nothing that worked with her unique shape. Only thing I wish they did offer was a bit more of the unique gifts traditionally associated with a quinceañera.
