Bliss Handcrafted Ice Cream is a super premium ice cream (more butterfat, less air). It's made with all natural and locally-sourced ingredients including milk from the Brown Family Dairy in Oxford, fruits, vegetables, nuts and herbs from area farmers and our own farm.

It's on the dessert menu at The Wine Bar in Oxford, current flavor is Creole Cream Cheese atop red velvet waffles, yum!
Bliss is also at the Hernando Farmers' Market on the square each Saturday from 8 to 1, and at the Oxford City Market each Tuesday from 3 to 6:30. Look for the Wild Goose Gardens truck!
