This location closed along with most of the US locations as of 9/30/19. The staff was all very friendly. The spa took up the entire 8th floor of the W hotel. I liked the lemon-sage scent they used in a lot of their products. The lotion was not greasy after application at all. The shampoo wasn't great on my hair though. I only had a massage & facial - obviously experience varies by the person you get. The beds were heated & I stayed warm, which was nice. There were lots of rooms, but you could hear some hallway noise. Luckily I went on a slow day. The locker room had a dry sauna, 3 showers 1 out of order, 3 bathroom stalls, lots of lockers with programmable locks, great view of Lake Michigan/Navy Pier, tons of products if needed shower caps, QTips, lotion, hairspray, combs, etc etc. In the waiting area between locker room & spa services, they had a plate of cheese, crackers, cucumbers, & honestly The best brownie bites - SO good. They also had magazines, drinking glasses, & a pitcher of ice water with lemon - very refreshing. The robes were very comfortable! Everything appeared clean. Lots of available Bliss branded products to purchase at check out.

I am so heartbroken that bliss is gone! I have been grieving since I found out yesterday, I went around Labor Day and no one mentioned this to me and I have been going for YEARS, flying into chicago and staying at the W just to go here....had my wedding at the W bc I was introduced to the W through bliss spa  and I need closure. I didn’t even get an email from anyone and I’ve been going to the same esthetician and masseuse  for years !  my heart hurts . Where is Jennifer

So relaxing the bliss massage was awesome service was excellent and great view great atmosphere
