Absolutely they rudest bartender I’ve ever encountered. Totally cruel and racist. Didn’t know the bar was for Americans only. We will go down the road where our American money is appreciated. And then we will call the anti defamation league and file and complete complaint. Racial slurs in 2022 comes from pure ignorance.

Nothing Fancy About this place . Just good ole friendly, hometown people making a honest living. Good place to shoot pool & have a drink. Alsi has a drive thru service & tons of free parking.

Been going to the Block over 35 years. I stop in when I get off the train coming back from michigan to visit old friends. Always have to stop in and have a few beers and maybe something to eat if I have any room. Lol Great place to relax and have a good time.

It's aClean,Friendly,"COME AS YOU ARE"Tavern,with the best "CHILI"and drinks you could ask for...The Pool tables are Championship grade.and the Video Gaming is secluded in its own area.A real down to earth place.

It wasn't open for me to try and cash a check, but hanging around on benches are the homeless, SO SAD
