I have been going here for 10 years and the staff has always been amazing. Very friendly and kind. But the volunteers are who make me want to keep coming back. They are wonderful and seeing them each time makes me smile. I almost never have to wait with my appointments but when I do I’m just glad they have so much donations. They were a little understaffed last year but they seem back in full swing past 2 times I was there. Give blood. It’s so easy
I have been giving blood for 25+ years and I can say this is my worst experience. The staff there is cold and unfriendly. They have attitude like they are doing favor talking to me. Since I have given blood many times and know very well that its very difficult to find a vein, I told the person checking me in to assign somebody experienced for needle insertion in the vein. They ended up assigning me a person who did not know what she was doing. She inserted the needle and could not get it through in vein leaving me in pain. She did that for couple of minutes and finally I decided to leave without giving blood. Not going to this place anymore
Amy is one of the worst employees I’ve ever experienced at a place like this. The way she talks to her employees is not only unprofessional, but disrespectful. She has no regard for manners or morals and frankly don’t know how she got the job with how she presents herself.
Just wanted to post a review so I could say this is not in Westbrook Shopping Center. It is a little further down Springdale on the right. Didn't know another way to point this out. This is only my second time donating here. So far, so good.
I was very pleased with my experience today. My phlebotomist Britanisha was very professional and skilled.
Staff was rude, slow, spent more time talking to each other then getting people in on time.
Horrible service in Waukesha been a while since last donation and decided too walk in today as blood was needed and decided to walk out behind others that had appointments after waiting we all waited an hour and a half plus
Community gem. Thank you for all that you do!
