I’ve tried almost every nail salon in Hoboken and Bloom Spa has become my home base! They consistently deliver beautiful work, are fairly priced, have super kind employees, and most importantly, are very hygienic. You’ll bleed from your wallet and your fingers! Went in for gel pedicure. Got persuaded to get an acrylic fill. There was my first mistake. Was told $65. Sat down, she started removing the polish, repeatedly pulled my hand away because she was hitting my actual finger and it hurt. She then tells me I need a new acrylic set but only for 3 fingers never heard of that ever. and that would be another $30 on top of the fill. I came in with fully intact acrylic with minimal growth. This was a money grab. I then say take the acrylic off I’ll just do regular gel. She then proceeds to file down my natural nail to the point they are brittle and I started bleeding from the middle of my nail. Which she said no I wasn’t. I literally had gold polish on before there was no way it was anything other than blood. I did not bother getting a pedicure. My nails are actually hurting and hot water is painful to even put my nails under. I don’t expect this gel manicure to last whatsoever. $20 for the acrylic removal and $45 for a gel manicure. Oh and no apology at all for the bleeding.Service: Manicure

I had a uv gel set, I had to constantly show them their flaws on my nails and the lady said it was fine. Once I was done and had to go, I saw my nails and there were many streaks, didn’t do the sides of my nails, the nail polish is flooding, and didn’t correctly paint the ends of my nails. 65 for this mess?

Horribly non-transparent pricing. Was first told 40 plus 35 for a small design. I said no to the design, that was way too excessive of a price. Yet I was still charged 60 for the manicure. Apparently the extra 20 was for removing a bit of old polish, but I’ve been here twice before and was never charged for that. Much better quality elsewhere in Hoboken with much more reasonable pricing. Will not be coming back

I’m sad to report that this salon gave me the worst powder dip manicure of my life. It was sloppily done and they sent me home polish/powder under my nails and all over my cuticles. The clear coat started chipping within 5 days. Most of the time, powder dip manicures last me at least 2 weeks without chipping. This location was too busy for me to think they would care about my complaints. The two stars are for it being a clean, pleasant salon and for them accommodating me at short notice. I would normally not post because maybe it’s a bad day for the technician or something, but this was such a waste of money that I feel I should warn others.

I have ingrown toenails and the lady that she did my toenails was great. I will definitely recommend her. Also she open the tools front of me which means they have high hygiene standards.

Came here at the beginning of the year! They fixed my nail shape and did beautiful UV gel nails. My nails are almost a month old and they still look great! The spa pedicure is AWESOME as wellServices: Sculpted nails

i have always had such a pleasant experience here. the nail techs were always honest when i showed them a picture of a design if they could do it or not and if they couldn’t they would always ask another tech for help. my gel manicures last me almost a month sometimes and my gel pedicures last me two plus usually!! i love the atmosphere here and the prices so much it’s my new spot and has been for almost a year!Services: Back massages

Obsessed with my chrome nails! This place is more on the expensive side but it’s worth it. I get the Uv gel and my nails are so much healthier.
