I bought a chain and initial pendant for $600+ in May 2023 a Mother’s Day gift for myself and it broke shortly after on vacation when I was putting it on a couple days after purchase & first time attempting to wear it . The necklace was very cheaply made & was probably fake because why would it break that fast? I have costume jewelry that lasted longer than that! I tried to latch the 2 pieces back together because i really wanted to wear it on vacay and that worked. Couple weeks later I wanted to wear it again and it broke in another place I brought it back to them to fix and the next day I received a phone call, the guy who sold it to me told me that I had to come in to talk about the chain he wasn’t going to tell me over the phone! I went in and he said he couldn’t fix it because it was broke in 3 places why would a chain break in 3 places????? because it was cheap and was sold to me for a price that was not worth it! Also the same day I went there it was another lady that walked in the same time as me and also stated she was there to get her chain fixed and it was her second time going there to get that same chain fixed! her chain was a totally different necklace than mine The guy was so rude and yelling and I’m asking him to stop yelling! He felt offended when I said it was cheaply made. Then said he will give me a new chain for $100 Why would I pay an additional $100 for a chain that broke in 3 places and was barely touched no thank you! I will never shop there again!!! They are so nice to you when it’s time to purchase something but when something goes wrong they treat you like shxt!!!! Don’t shop here take your hard earned money else where!!!!!!
The guy sold me a $4 sterling silver crab lock for $65 dollars, I was going away on a trip so didn’t have time to ask around so I paid the $65, to find out later the lock wasn’t silver, but sterling silver and it’s selling in Amazon for $4 dollars. I asked him to weld it and he didn’t do anything but a 1 minute exchange for $65 dollars!! This guy is a thief and he could care less about robbing you if he sees you’re in a rush or not knowledgeable. Beware before selling or buying from here!! Read the reviews and don’t make my mistake!
Best jewelry shop in Newark hands down!! Had exactly what I needed and even had a nice young lady name luna who greeted me as soon as I came in and helped made sure I was taken care of . Overall, 10/10 experience.

when i wanted to sell gold the guy gave me a very low ball for 24k gold!!!! and he asked me if it was 21k or 18k gold and i told him it has to be 21k.. i'm pretty sure he wanted to trick me but thank god i didn't sell my gold here bc 50g of 20-24k he was going to give me only 1k for all of it. when i tried to leave he increased the price by $300 dollar. but i left i sold my stuff at another place for double of what he was asking for !!!!!!
