This Bloomingdale’s is five stars with no hesitation. Most known brands “clothing, accessories, bags, perfumes “ and products for women, men, kids, and home. Three full stories of beauty. On top of all of that, it has a nice food court.
Great mall !!! My first time here good quality items to purchase and brands.
I bought some Guccis shoes online. Brought them in the next day to return due to size. The associate tells me starts to look at the shoes in detail in front of me. Feeling looking at it extra close and states “unfortunately you can’t return these because it’s been worn.” You guys sent these shies like this, you guys must have sold me worn shoes then! And where is the customer service? There are better ways to politely ask if they have been worn first before accusing me that I am returning worn shoes. Manager came and told me it happens. I understand it happens, but there is a better attitude and verbiage to talk to customers who buy $1500 dollar shoes. I will think twice before buying from bloomingdale
I won’t be surprised if this location closes down since it’s not the most pleasant place to shop and is often pretty empty. I mean many of the people who can shop here can afford to shop almost anywhere so if it’s not the place to be why come back? We were in the women’s department on the evening of August 1st and the sales associate was totally ignoring me. Maybe my outfit wasn’t nice enough lol. I was standing maybe two feet from him and waiting for him to finish folding clothes but he was deliberately taking forever on one shirt. I was waiting for him to finish but I knew he didn’t want to help. I stood there for a few minutes then left and almost left the store right then. I’ve never in my 25 years shopping had a bizarre encounter where the sales person never made eye contact or asked if I needed help first while I was standing right next to them. A simple, “hi, can I help you?” or even a smile would have been nice so I didn’t have to break his intense concentration on folding shirts first. Haha. It’s fine if they want to lock the dressing rooms to prevent theft but it’s unacceptable to make customers hunt down someone employees were hard to find / chase down with only one in the entire section and the register and dressing room were completely unattended just so they can try on clothes. I got the impression this salesman in the women’s department wasn’t approachable or helpful so instead of browsing and trying on more things I skipped the hassle and awkwardness and left without buying anything. And trust me I need to buy clothes so his haughty attitude lost sales. He also definitely needs training in how to multi-task because if customers can’t try things on or it’s too inconvenient they’ll just leave and there goes a sale or two. Bye Bloomingdales it wasn’t worth my time. It’s this kind of employee behavior that’ll keep many customers like me from coming back why would I bother when I can shop online or buy from competitors with better customer service and possibly lead to this store being closed down.
I was at the South Coast plaza trying to buy makeup. The ladies at the counter seemed to have a conversation about their weekend instead of helping me the customer. It is sad how the service is not on point and it makes you feel like you are at JC Penny
The store is clean and very well organized. We love shopping here. The only thing I can mention is that sales people are standing around and not offering help when they see someone is browsing in the store. You have to get someone’s attention and ask for help…
Very helpful and Gucci sales consultant KATIA IS AN AMAZING PERSON, KIND HEARTED, FASHION MAKEUP ADVICE AND SHOWED ALL THE PERFUMES AND HER FAVORITE. She has exceptional sales etiquette. Love my facials there as well.
Staff are mostly very helpful here although certain gals tend to be awful. This is a sister store to the Macy’s Brand, as it turns out, I had no idea! Which explains their lovely selection of perfumes, clothing and jewelry.
This review is regarding the return service provided. I went to the customer service counter and was referred to the jewelry counter since the purchase was a piece of jewelry. I went to the jewelry counter and the sales representative walked away from me after seeing me with a return item.
I was at Bloomigdales today. I wanted to buy a Zadig and Voltaire and none one was able to help me. There was a gentleman at register and when I approached him he said go to returns. He did not give me a chance to ask him about the shoes I wanted to purchase. I went around and found a lady by Sandro, but she said she doesn’t not work at Zadig and Voltaire. She was trying to have someone to help me, but unfortunately no one was available. I thank her and moved on. I stop by Lamer because I wanted so bad to get the Lamer foundation, but I always get a sample to see if is worth it something before purchasing. The Asian lady told me we don’t have samples. So sad for Bloomigdales I’m a good customer. So I better but on line if I don’t like it just return items. May be no my day.
