If I could give no stars I would totally do it. With no hesitation. I called way in advance for this business to take care of an arrangement and delivery to a Golf course near them. And at the beginning she was great. But once I gave her my credit card information and begun to deal with her via text so that I can show her an image what I wanted. After that. She would not reply. She wouldn't answer her phone. And she would then send my phone calls to voicemail. What an awful way to find out that she she does not want the business. What an ugly first impression from a customer she'll never know.
Wow! I live in Texas and wanted to send a get well bouquet to a friend in Anaheim so I just googled local florists. This company had good reviews and I can honestly say every one of those reviews were correct! Surpassed all of my expectations and more! If I could post pictures on this site, I would! HIGHLY recommend!!
Excellent! I wanted to get a floral arrangement for a funeral for me, my kids, and their families. But I was 40 miles away and had to rely sight unseen on the recommendations of this florist over the phone. It was on time, gorgeous, and perfect. Blossom is a great florist.
The red roses I presented her, my wife was overjoyed, and I humbly thank you for making it possible. Customer service is excellent, and the flowers are gorgeous.
5/17/13 "WE LOVE YOU. NOT JUST ON SUNDAY, BUT EVERY DAY." I'm not big on holidays. I like to send/receive flowers and gifts on random days througho the year, rather than the designated ones. But this year before Mother's Day, my Mom asked me to help her send flowers to her own Mother. My grandmother and I are very close and I was happy to help. My Mother has only been using a smartphone for a little over a month, so I helped show her how she can ask it to find her a florist near Anaheim Hills, where the grandparents live. We were able to find a florist but she wanted to call, rather than order online. A nice woman took her $65ish order and a beautiful arrangement was sent to my grandmother, telling her she is loved everyday. All of a sudden I sstarted feeling guilty about not sending my mom her own arrangement! My grandmother called after the flowers were delivered to say how beautiful they were. She told us they stayed fresh for several days and she really was able to enjoy them thoroughly. I called the business again to verify their business name after realizing they weren't listed on yelp. It took a couple of calls before I received an answer, but I'm sure I would have received a call back if I had left a message. For locals, they're in the Anaheim Hills Village Center at La Palma and Imperial. I'd be happy to use this company again to send thoughtful bouquet to my favorite grandmother in Anaheim Hills. xoxox
I googled local florists and this one popped up. Was expecting a flower retail shop; none the less, waljed out of there truly satisfied and happy with the arrangement I got. I could've easily spent double the amount, had I ordered on line. Most beautiful and bountiful bouquet!!!!
Maggie was very sweet and accommodating even at what is likely her busiest time of the year! Very professional and quick...and she even gave me a free flower. Definitely recommend :
Very friendly staff. They do good work. I came the day before mothers day and they were swamped, but I still got prompt, friendly service, and the arrangement I got was beautiful. The flowers are top notch.

My flowers were suppose to be delivered today and NO SHOW!!!! I received a call at 5:25 and was told it is in route
