We create kombucha and various types of veggie ferments by hand. We stand firm on sourcing locally, using only organic ingredients, keeping their products as close to home as possible and making the best fermented foods they can.
Cortido, Shakedown Beet, Kraut-chi, Sauerkraut, Lemon Garlic Dill, and many other creations. We are makers. We make delicious, fresh and invigorating fermented vegetables which can be found all around the Portland area and the Columbia River Gorge. We love what we do and hope you love it as well.
