I don't put 1 star because the experience I had with the Etrembières agency a few months ago had been positive although it is really difficult to have someone on the phone for a decision of appointment and we don't necessarily call you back.... On the other hand, the Thoiry agency is to be avoided! The "manager" is very unpleasant and very vague in explaining his prices.... Perhaps a price list should be added to the site with the price of all the possible options when you want a Premium cleaning... .. A good hear ;
