Blue Harbor Point Car Wash

What’s the point of having employees spray the front of vehicles in a part of the world where bugs are plastered all over the front of our vehicles? It would make more sense to have them taking a brush and getting the worst of the bugs off and then go through the power washer and brush system. In most states that is how it’s done. For $14 I still have to get a wash rag and some spray and attempt to clean the bugs off. Also writing “do not steal” on bottles of spray is not going to keep people from taking them. Finally I do not appreciate the person walking up to me as I scan my debit card ask me if I need help when all the really want is the sell me a monthly membership. If anyone wants that, they’ll ask. Otherwise the vacuums work well.

The price keeps going up, yet the service keeps going down. I just paid $59 for a car wash, waited 45 minutes with only 3 other cars in the bay being cleaned, and left with bugs all over the windshield, crumbs all over the console, and spots all over the leather. I am never one to leave negative reviews, but this is absolutely ridiculous.Services: Auto detailing

Stay away! Worse interior job. Last time they left towels in my car and the spray bottle. This time looks like they didn’t even touch interior and i was the only car getting interior done.

Not worth the money. Paid an extra $45 to get car detailed and it is definitely still dirty. I had to ask them to vacuum over it a second time because they completely missed parts of the backseat that were left with crumbs. Then as I am leaving I see that it also looks like the cup holders weren’t really wiped. This detail did not involve much attention to detail. Save your car and DONT get an oil change there. When they make a squirming face when changing the oil, just know they messed up. Checked oil and they over filled by almost a whole quart! Anyone that knows cars knows that can seriously mess with the engine. Why let the customer drive off when they know they messed up right away instead of fixing it..? No THANK YOU.

Disappointed that I had to even give a star. When I moved here from another state, I switched all my vehicles information over. Then I drove home to put my new plates and registration stickers on. Followed by driving over to Blue Harbor to wait in line for over an hour for my brake tag. When it was finally my turn, the guy running the station who only had one speed, let me know that I could not get my break tag without my registration paperwork. I had all the DMV paperwork, my titles, proof of sales, insurance paperwork, brand new Louisiana plates, paperwork for the plates, registration stickers for the plates, receipts that I paid for the registration stickers, I even had the registration paperwork for all my other cars I had to get brake tags for. Everything but the registration itself for the car I was driving at the moment. After going home to grab it, I accidentally left it right inside my garage after putting the sticker on my plate before driving over. I had to wait in line again for over an hour. What a giant waste of time! On a better note, the PJ coffee there is amazing, and the staff is even better. Would give them 11 stars and only wish one of them, or anyone else with at least a little bit of motivation, or pride, and or any resemblance of a personality would replace the break tag guy.

I can honestly say that when it came to my experience with Marc, the manager at Blue Harbor, he handled my situation with the best customer service anyone could have asked for! I’ll continue to use Blue Harbor because of Marc and his ability to stay true to his word! Thank you, Marc, for your loyalty!! It hasn’t gone unnoticed!

This car wash offers a drive through service that utilizes a bar code scanner. They changed their system and now anyone with a Beau Chene RFID sticker on their car can not simply drive through. Management did not care to try and fix the bar code sticker, they only suggested I remove the Beau Chene RFID bar code sticker. Very poor customer service...Service: Auto detailing

Can you believe the attendant put my keys outside by my windshield wiper. When I turned the car off it would not start. Marooned!! Called Blue Harbor “ where are my keys?” I am NOT happy to spend $110.00 and be unable to start my car because some person hides the keys!!!
