Staff and always so nice and make you feel comfortable when you arrive. Finance department does a great job at explaining what work is recommended to be done and purpose of treatment. Couldn't be more satisfied with the decision I made for my future treatment.
I’ve been bringing all my children here for the last 5yrs, nothing but good experience every time we visit. I have teens down to toddlers and all their staff is always really caring/helpful. Today’s visit went extra smooth with Bianca making my 8yr old feel super confident and Mayra explaining the whole process patiently.. Big thanks to all the staff!!
My 4yo daughter needed her first cavities filled. Seeing how she’s reacted at the doctor’s office for her shots, we were terrified. Dr. Toj was absolutely amazing. He made her feel comfortable, was super fast filling her two cavities, and even cracked a joke or two. He eased all of our anxieties and we will keep taking our children back for future dental needs.
The employees were very friendly. Dr. Toj seemed very helpful with taking care of me with my teeth. I was scared and always had been scared of the dentist but the staff kept me calm and at ease. They showed concern with my prior other dental experience elsewhere and made sure I was comfortable being at their office. My dental work is in progress and my teeth are looking amazing!
This place is horrible. My son cracked a tooth and I called to make an appointment, I was told by the call center since there was a general exam done already they cannot schedule it only the actual office. She transferred me to collections who then cut me off and sent me back to the call center. The guy at the call center then couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get an appointment and basically said I’ll make your appointment for today because of the issue. I get to the doctors office an hour later and the big girl at the front dressed in all black was on her phone and not working. When I explained everything she said they don’t do same appointments and if I was aware it was made same day. I had just explained the whole story to her. She said they will see us but I would have to come back later for more treatment since I was an add on. I would think seeing a 10year old with a cracked tooth is important but not here.
Waiting to be seen took 1/2 hour with no explanation as why it took so long. Was one of the first to be seen out of 4 people there when it opened. But when I saw the specialist he was awesome. He took care of my situation and explained on how I need to do maintenance on implants throughout the year. A lot of this stuff isn't covered in the initial appt as other information important for someone thinking of getting implants. This place has all new employees so I really can't comment on them.
Excellent care! Staff is great & very friendly. Drs will explain procedures throughly. I have been coming for a while now & I have recommended this dentist location.
Excellent service!! Dr. Peter helped me out and Bianca they both are very nice, have great personalities. The staff here is very friendly. Love it and I definitely recommend this western dental
The whole staff team here at Western Dental is amazing! We have Dr Boutros, Vanessa the dental assistant and Asaf the office manager! They really took the time to explain everything to me and is sooooo freaking nice. I mean I’m really not a fan of going to the dentist and they make me feel comfortable and want to make my next appointment so yeah! Really appreciate them
I’ve always been scared to come to the dentist and that really affected my teeth. Recently did treatment with the dentist Toj and he was amazing all around. Yes he made me cry with a bit of pain but he made sure to keep me comfortable. The staff was also great with everything. Would highly recommend this office
