Blue Mountain Bakery and Cafe

Small cafe, interesting decor. I had the 8 oz. Burger with their seasoned homemade fries. The burger was good, but not the best I ever ate. When the plate arrived the fries were cold. But our waitress promptly, brought fresh hot fries. The prices are a little on the pricey side. I can see why they get backed up, they are slow! Be prepared to wait a while.

The food was tasty, our waitress, Cat, was amazing, friendly and gave us service with a smile. Loved the ambience of the cafe giving it that Jasper, AR feel with local jams, relishes, jellies and old time antiques to make you feel like you stepped back a 100 yrs.

All I can say is delicious. Personally I prefer this cafe over the Ozark cafe hands down. The food tastes fresh and comes out hot. They were able to accommodate our gluten allergy. The service was fast but also laid back with that hometown feel. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cool little bakery/cafe. Service was good, considering it was packed. I had pulled pork and fries. It wasn't bad, needed more sauce. Overall, I'll stop in again if I'm riding in the area. The muffins looked really good.

We always eat here at least twice every time we visit Jasper. The food is OUTSTANDING and the feel of the place is warm and comfortable. The service is always friendly, and the portions are generous. Love this place!

Stopped through Jasper on the way to waterfall hike. Been through Jasper many times and tried all of the local restaurants. This was a new one to us so we gave it a try and we’re not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly. The chicken soup was awesome as was the potato salad. Too full to try any of the extensive ice cream deserts but will hit them next time through. Definitely stop in this place. Went back several hours later, after hiking. Wanted a coke float. They were out of ice cream. Damn. Stopped back in the next morning for breakfast. It was very good. Their muffins are awesome!

We came here for some dessert. The desserts were good but the rootbeer was awesome. I know it was just a bottled soda but it was so creamy. The store was very cozy.

We absolute loved visiting this place. It will be the only restaurant that we visit twice on out trip to the area and may visit a third time before we leave. My wife is a chef and we rarely find a place that we fall in love with. Do yourself a favor and leave room for the desert called "The Thing" and you can thank me later.

The food is always so very good when we come to our property there in Marble Falls. Waitresses are great and everyone's very friendly and the food is to die for. Will be back soon!!!!

Great little place in Jasper to eat! We enjoyed the "Lumberjack" and the pizza. We also had the "Thing". Make sure and stop in, they had other baked goodies that we got to go, ask for Chelsea she took great care of us! Enjoy....
