Great place for higher end artisan jewelry. The owners a lady and gentleman make most of the jewelry on sale. The lady seems to run the front of the house and she's always friendly and knowledgeable. There's always some great unique pieces and prices are reasonable for more polished silver jewelry. It's comparable Silpada but soooo much prettier and attention getting. I've bought several of their pieces and she always guarantees the quality. They do repair and custom work here as well. If they don't have a necklace or earrings to match a piece they can make it. Pricing for custom work is the same as what a piece would retail for.
Love Blue Mountain Gems! My family has had many custom pieces designed and made by them including my wedding set, which I love!. They are a pleasure to work with and have the most beautiful jewelry in SW Virginia!
After searching and searching for parachute cufflinks for my boyfriend, my brother and sister-in-law suggested Blue Mountain Gems. I went by and explained what I wanted a specific design, and met with Alan and Tina. We brainstormed a little about metals, and they said they would give it a try. I picked up the cufflinks today, and I could have cried with joy! THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! The parachutes are gorgeous and exactly what I wanted! Alan and Tina have made my Christmas! Anyone wanting quality, custom jewelry; this is your answer. Shop local and support this wonderful jeweler.
I have shopped there several times and found them to be very friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of jewelry with a wide price range. My last visit was for jewelry repair and I was well pleased with the reasonable quotes I received.

They're always able to help me. If its not something they have in the store they're able to custom make it or order it for me. They have a great selection in the store! The owners are always so nice and helpful!! I can recommend them to everyone!
I have had several pieces made and mary repaired I will not go anywhere else there work and customer service is outstanding.
