Blue Plate Café at the Wisconsin Trade Center started out as a small café run by Blue Plate Catering. Our chefs focused on unique seasonings and efforts of a homemade standard to provide the most delicious and delectable dishes they could dream up. Years later, Blue Plate Catering is a much larger company, but we have the same focus on quality dishes at our cafés as we did from the start!
