Blue Ridge Pharmacy Northpark

Good home town pharmacy. It’s so nice going into a pharmacy, or pulling up to the drive through and they know your name! You’re not just another face in the crowd, or another name in the computer. You’re actually someone that they know. I’ve went to other pharmacies in town and they’ve actually giving me somebody else’s prescription. That wasn’t good. It was night time. If I hadn’t of waited till I got home to take the prescription, I would’ve been in trouble. Like I said before it’s nice to go to a pharmacy where they actually know you I have never been shorted on my pills since I have been gone here either!

Very friendly and helpful, they had a prescription nowhere else was able to fill. Also had a convenient drivethru that most local/smaller pharmacies dont have either. We will definitely be back!

Been using this pharmacy for almost 6 years. Very friendly however my only issue is prescriptions will not be filled one or two days early. That upsets me because I have to waste gas just to make a special trip to get my prescriptions and live on a fixed income.. I'm not talking narcotics here but a medication to help with acid reflux disease. One day early is not going to hurt the pharmacy. I will be speaking to the Pharmacist Tom Huffman regarding this issue. If he or his staff refuse to fill one or two days early I will just use UHC pharmacy mail service.

I've been using this pharmacy as long as I can remember and always received fast courteous service. I would like to give this pharmacy five stars, but one thing is keeping me from it. I took two prescriptions by Saturday the 13th to be filled since I was already in town. I was sitting there waiting when the pharmacist came out from behind the counter to tell me he was completely out of one of my meds and he was expecting some in on Monday. I went back today {Monday 15th} and picked up my meds to see they were both filled on Saturday the 13th. If it's too soon to fill my prescriptions that's fine. There's no reason to lie and tell two or more lies to cover the first one. All he needs to do is say it's too early to fill these today and I would have much more respect for him. Honesty is always the best medicine.
