Do not change your plan in the middle of the billing cycle or they will charge you the greater amount with lower package washes! I recently signed up for $49 per month ceramic then asked them to change my package to $29/mo. I left two on-site messages to have the manager Matt to call me. Also, called a couple of times to reach him however no one answered and no voicemail system. Finally got hold him today by calling again and he refused to give me the credit for the difference. He offered billing cycle change from 21st to 1st which was unacceptable. Canceled the service at this location!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and not customer friendly to resolve their accounting system!

Terrible service! Bugs and dirt still on truck.. when I let them know about it I was told "Its not a full service" and wasnt even offered a re wash! your right its not but it should atleast be clean and soap not left all over it!! Thank you for making me aware that GOO GOO is by far the better choice! And fyi truck is shiny because it is a 2018 with less than 7000 miles on it... That isnt water spots it is dried SOAP.. The owner is who I spoke with and he acted like he could care less... And as for favorite..My only favorite is the one that does what it says its going to and WASHES the vehicle. And clearly that isnt you. No rewash was offerd then and the gentleman is the one that walked away. Now you are only offering a rewash after I left a review.I gave you the opportunity to do so while I was there and was told "you paid for 1 wash you only get 1 wash" Dont worry it will be my last at blue sky.
Super friendly staff and getting through the wash takes no time at all! Plus, free vacuums! Looks like a nice and clean facility. Unfortunately, it didn't do the best job at getting my car cleaned. Didn't get some bird stuff off of my left side of the car and hardly any of the bugs on the front of my car as well as left spots on my windows. Also had trouble getting something from the highway off of my windshield.. but I'm not sure what in the world it was. Something black that my windshield washer fluid didn't get off. I purchased the middle option. Would give 5 stars if I didn't still need to use elbow grease to get most of the bugs off which was the reason I went to a car wash.
The car wash is fantastic for the price and my car always looks great. I can pull right in and get my car washed. There is never a wait!!Services: Auto detailing
It was a bit confusing regarding the membership. The sensor reads the tag in the membership line. Fast and efficient.
I like this place but today they nearly turned me into a Karen. There are lots of places to run thru an automatic car wash but I frequent your store for the free vacuums. I’m sure this is not an accident but a strategic move on your part. Therefore if you are still open to sell me a &20 car wash I am assuming this means I will be able to finish our transaction at the vacuums. No. Vacuums are turned off. We were not told about this and the employees sat there and watched us go to several vacuums thinking something was wrong. When I expressed that I would like to finish my transaction they could not of shown less interest in helping me. You are also no longer accept cash? Also disappointing. Do better. I’m a loyal customer.
Close to home. Great, safe wash for my new Truck.! Monthly Premium washer,... I bet I get 2 a week.
Prices are good. One of the few washes to get the back of our vehicles clean. Staff is great. Conveyor style allows for non-standard tires. They also have a self serve pre-wash spot to get the cicadas :
I was impressed with the wash but it was a little pricey. There was also an additional charge for a kit that included a towel and dash board cleaning cloth. These things are included for free at Moo Moo and the wash itself is a little cheaper.
