The Bluebird Cafe is a warm and comfortable coffee shop that serves fantastic espresso drinks as well as a good variety of breakfast and lunch food options. Our coffee is provided by Silver Sky Coffee who only roasts 100% fair trade and 100% organic coffee. We strive to use only the best food ingredients. Indeed, many of our food ingredients are organic and we use very few processed foods. We are famous for our quiche and our wide variety of gluten free offerings. We have also been voted a local's choice award winner for best coffee shop in Glenwood Springs!
