BLUELINE Health and Fitness was started to help police officers across the country learn to eat right and exercise regularly.
Retired Police Lieutenant Jason Johnson is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and health coach. Jason started BLUELINE to benefit police officers but, he works with anyone interested in improving their individual health and fitness. Jason excels in working with weight loss clients and uses state of the art metabolic equipment to help clients understand their individual metabolism and set meal plans based on weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance. Weekly meal plans, grocery lists, body composition testing, metabolic testing and personal training are offered at the BLUELINE Health and Fitness Office/Gym in West Jordan, Utah.
Jason has presented hundreds of lunch and learn presentations to police departments and businesses over the last several years on health and fitness related topics and is preparing to launch the most advanced on-line corporate wellness and fitness/nutrition coaching program available anywhere! Jason plans to introduce this affordable program to police departments and businesses all across the nation.
BLUELINE also offers an alternative to expensive health insurance called "healthshare" and Jason and his wife Soni, a registered nurse, kicked traditional health insurance to the curb to join the health share group of over 60,000 people and save thousands of dollars on health care costs. BLUELINE Health and Fitness is about learning to live better, healthier and stronger in all aspects of life.
