Very nice full hookup campground. Mostly seasonal or full time residents but they put the short term camping RVs nearest to the River. Campground on the Colorado River. Nice lady in the office. They sell ice. Nice bathroom and laundry. Only one bathroom so it was a long walk. No parking near the bathroom either. Large campsites but all back in. It is a casino campground but it is a long way to the casino, much further than I could walk. The River Willow restaurant in the casino was excellent, but a little pricey. Walmart and Safeway grocery nearby. Recommended.
Great park on the river next to the casino and hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Management is superb and very helpful. The gentleman who stays at the residence is very friendly and will go out of his way to help. The only negative would be that the sites are pretty tight. They do have a few large sites close to the river, but you would need to reserve them far in advance. Will definitely be back.
Very nice RV Park. Right on the Colorado River and you can't beat that. The office people are very friendly and we have stayed here before and will definitely be back.
Enjoyed our stay. Really nice people run this park. Good location to Bluewater marina where we kept our pontoon.
Nice campground! Only $40 a night. Right by the river and owners place. Close 10 min walk to casino. Nice restrooms and showers and cheap laundry facilities! We definitely would come back. Nice ladies running the park! Ice cream social last night.
This is a convenient RV park if your heading to the river in Parker. They have the beach right there and also has a launch however it is a bit steep. The people here are pretty customer oriented unlike the casino next door. I recommend the park but my best tip is don't bother with casino.
Nice environment.. good location for river access
For the price, I was NOT expecting as much as I got. As a quick note, the entrance is not steep, it's long, in case the internet photos startle you as they did me. This park has access to the beach that is both private and breathtaking at sunrise & sunset. The Office folks are quietly competent & friendly, without the fake/forced enthusiasm permeating business interactions of late. The spaces are close together, but not so close that you can't open slides. There are a number of older rigs and permanent residents, who all seem to wave, but don't plague you with unwanted chatter. If you're looking for a family-themed park with play areas and activities, this isn't the place for you. There weren't any audible children within hearing range, nor any outdoor play areas. For us, and I imagine many RVers there for the casino access, that's a plus. Cell service and MiFi access was virtually non-existent, so if that's a requirement, this will not be an ideal spot for you. Turns out, for a vacation, it was divine for us to be out of range of everything except the beach & each other. In short, it's an understated gem that is close enough for a quick stroll to the casino, but tucked away just enough to miss if you're not specifically looking for it from an upper floor of the casino.
I'd give this place a negative-5, total discrimination against our attempt to make a reservation, do to their 20 year old limit on our RV’s that is likely cleaner and in better shape than most RV's in the 2000's. Mind you this is all sight unseen.
I was there for the Summer Scorcher circle boat races. We had a great time......
