What is the cancellation policy?
We request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice in the event that a service appointment needs to be cancelled. In the event that 24 hour notice is not given we will charge your credit card a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service value should you miss your appointment without 24- hour notification. We understand that emergencies arise and in those cases, exceptions can be made.
Appointments booked same day of service will be assessed a no-show fee should cancellation become necessary.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our therapists’ and estheticians' schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
