Blythe Landing Self Storage

One of the only NON-24hr storage places around. What a joke, regardless of signage. They have cameras & automation for gates but you don’t have access past 10pm and until 6am??? That’s absolutely crazy. Late night moving & getting your stuff out because you work long days… nope, this isn’t the place for you.

Renee was delightful throughout the entire process, from my web inquiry, to our afternoon phone call, to my in-person visit that evening. Had she not been so professional and so very nice, I may have just moved on. Glad I didn't! The office and lot premises appear modern, neat, and clean. The paperwork process was simple. I am very happy to have found this place.

The office team is helpful and kind. Access is secure and storage units are clean. Have used both climate controlled and non climate controlled units at Blythe. Would recommend.

The site manager is very pleasant to talk to and professional. She assisted me with all of my needs and more!

My husband and I sold our house quicker than expected and had to have all of our belongings into storage fast. I called to ask about pricing and what availability they had for indoor units and Ashley was so helpful. She showed us a tour of the property and found two indoor units right across the hall from each other. She was very nice and personable! We had a panic mode and needed more storage and she quickly found us another unit nearby and gave us extended access hours to the facility to help us during our move. Office is stocked with last min packing supplies you don't think you need, but end up needing. Very reasonable pricing and the individual coded entry is a nice touch.

I love the customer service At this place and the area ! But I really dislike the dirty floors with something orange like mud. That stain my bed as soon as the movers placed it down and it seems like is all over the floors not just my unit. Other than that is a nice place

I had an issue at a different location and Ashley went way above and beyond to solve my issue at that other location. She bent over backwards to bring a resolution to an issue from another location that she doesnt even work at. I am extremely happy with the outcome she was able to come up with. Although I dont actually rent a unit at this location I do highly recommend the customer service provided by Ashley. Every conversation was pleasant, helpful, respectful and handled in a timely manner. Thanks again for resolving a situation that was not at your location and handling a problem that shouldnt have been yours to begin with. I appreciate the hard work and dedication provided by Ashley.

Nice clean and convenient. I am only waiting on a email that you all discontinued payments because I moved out.

It was easy to start up and close out! I had my things in storage for a few months and everything looks great.
