It’s really frustrating, that almost every time for awhile now, almost every time I have had to use the only cash depositing ATM for BMO, that it’s down or out of service or offline or what have you. I work third shift and this has gotten ridiculous because I shouldn’t have to wake up during my sleep hours to run to the bank or even run to another town because the ATM is out again. Very frustrating. Edited to add…seems every other day now.
Not a good bank. If you want to use the ATM machine, it is never working ever! Take all that money that you’re getting for interest rate and fix it or get a new one….. looks like this has been an on going problem and still no resolution. Sad
Very helpful bankers Dan McNabb is awesome to work with helped me with a paypal hacking issue very knowledgeable and helped me secure my account fast when i was in danger can't thank him enough
If I could give this zero stars I would. I don’t recommend anyone with a BMO Harris account to go to this location or to switch banks at this point if you live in the Beloit area. The staff there are so unprofessional. My girlfriend and I went there 3 times and every time it was a bad experience. They always giving an attitude then trying to short us on the money we try to deposit by saying we counted wrong so when they recount it in front of us they find out they are wrong. On top of all that, this one lady tried charging us for something we never heard about and when we asked for another staff to help us out the other lady said she didn’t know what she was talking about and why she would charge us for that when they never did that. We also tried depositing an hour early before they closed and they got so annoyed and tried lying and say that they were closed. Went today to the drive thru area and got an attitude by the staff. I don’t have this problem with any other BMO Harris location but this one.
I met with Banker Joe Weis about a letter, stating I had a refund from a prior account auto. I experienced superb Customer Service skills and Professionalism, with Joe ! He made the experience easy. He was very pleasant...I recommend him if you have any Banker needs at this location!
If I could give negative stars I would. Their hours are posted on their door as well as on Google. Drive through opens at 8:30. Apparently it's changed to 9 as of SEPTEMBER, and no one has updated google, nor have they bothered to change the hours posted on their door. Normally, I have nothing but praise for the people at the drive through...the "regulars" for lack of a better word, are great. Unfortunately, BMO's lack of regard for their regular customers is lacking.
I have had nothing but issues since opening my BMO account. I've never experienced anything like this with Chase, Bank of America, or even US Bank. First, I've opened online checking accounts numerous times and never had to go in person to sign any papers. With BMO, I did. Then I had a hell of a time activating my debit card. I called CS, and they said I had to go into a branch on the following Monday to get the card activated, meaning I didn't have access to my money for 2 days. Next I couldn't set up Zelle, and the banker who helped me fix the debit card problem wasn't able to figure it out so I just gave up on that. Finally I went to close my account today, and I can't do an external transfer because of an error message. I can't wait to be done with this bank!!
The staff at this location is very unprofessional & rude EXCEPT the lady in the 1st station to closet to the door. I went in get a paper notarized & no one even greeted me. I sat down with Janette & I asked her a question and she rudely stated "What?" I was not happy with the experience at this location & I will not do any banking at this location again. No one has friendly faces at all. Everyone needs a coaching on customer service. If I had enough time I would've sat down with the Branch manager & voiced my concerns with my 5min experience at this location.
I wish I could rate negative stars. Just spend 45 minutes in line. This happens every Saturday. I don't know if it's a scheduling problem, or staffing problem, but they need to figure it out. People and business can't afford to waste 45 minutes in line at a bank. Especially when I finally get to the window, and they're all just sitting around. Definitely calling the main branch and complaining. This was such a set back
