Have loved this place since the day I opened my account. Very friendly and usually not a very long wait at all.

Stephanie at this Branch is wonderful! Always happy to help with questions or concerns, and treats everyone like a human being, not just a bunch of numbers. Her professionalism, and wonderful customer service skills makes her a valuable asset and resource.

I went in today and seen Tara O. about our 401k. She is such a professional! We were in and out in no time flat! We asked her a lot of questions and she was so forth coming and easy to talk to : Thanks Tara!

Of the 3 banks I use, there is no question that this is the worst with respect to customer support. BMO Harris Bank has made 2 significant oversights with my homeowners insurance in the 5 years I have been with them. Coon Rapids management is mediocre. My 2-star rating is generous.

Always helpful, friendly and nice.  Stephanie is wonderful!

The tellers are extremely kind and the best in the business.

I have always come to this branch and everything is fine, but today there was a man who did not want to attend to me, he did not greet me and I skipped my turn and I felt a little discriminated against. I hope and they put more qualified people
