About Briarcliffe
Briarcliffe is located in Northeast Columbia, South Carolina, just minutes from I-20 and I-77.
Residents who live here say it is a great place to raise your children. Our resident Crime Watch Officer says we have the lowest crime rate of any of the subdivision in Northeast Columbia.
Briarcliffe is one of the oldest subdivisions in the northeast, with development starting in 1975. Our neighborhood has grown to over 700 homes, one of the largest in Northeast Columbia. Our children attend the nationally recognized Richland School District Two.
